Boutique Manager (Full-Time | 35–40 Hours/Week)

The Role
We are looking for a Boutique Manager who can bring the Cardigan brand to life! This is a full-time leadership role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes ownership of both the customer experience and the store's success.
You’ll lead the daily operations while driving growth through content, connection, merchandising, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
CONTENT & SOCIAL
- Plan, create, and execute daily social media content (try-ons, outfit styling, new arrivals)
- Serve as a consistent, on-brand voice and face of Cardigan
- Grow engagement, reach, and a loyal customer following
- Styling & Sales
- Deliver elevated, personalized styling for every customer
- Build outfits that feel effortless, flattering, and wearable
- Drive sales through relationship-building, product knowledge, and service
MERCHANDISING & STORE EXPERIENCE
- Own the visual merchandising of the store (displays, outfit pairings, flow)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring environment
- Continuously refresh the space to create newness and energy
OPERATIONS
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations
- Receive, steam, tag, and merchandise inventory
- Maintain backroom organization and inventory flow
- Support scheduling and daily team execution
EVENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Plan and execute in-store events and themed shopping experiences
- Create moments that drive traffic, connection, and sales
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of part-time employees
- Set clear expectations for customer service and store standards
- Hold team accountable while fostering a positive, team-first culture
- Step in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
